a Parent entity
Transactions between related parties are on normal commercial terms and conditions, no more favourable than
those available to other parties unless otherwise stated.
b Subsidiaries
Interests in subsidiaries are set out in Note 26.
c Key management personnel
Disclosures relating to key management personnel are set out in Note 19.
d Loan
2012
Inkjar Pty Ltd, a Company associated with Dr Brad Farrell, a past Director of Sun Resources NL and deemed to be a
related party at the date of the loan, provided a $2 million loan facility on commercial terms in August 2011. This loan
was repaid by Sun Resources within the six month loan period. The loan was used to fund the Delta Oil Project.
